Since I have such an affinity for homemade goods, I soon plan on offering other goods that taste so much better made from scratch.
Dino's Jerky - My dad is obsessed with eating any kind of animal. He's even more obsessed with cooking his own meat--or in this case--dehydrating it. Always organic, always small batch. He spends hours marinating his hand sliced carnage with 10+ ingredients that I can't even remember off the top of my head. Orange juice, soy sauce, black and red pepper, garlic, brown sugar, and more! After marinating for hours, he proceeds with dehydrating at least overnight (depending on the protein) on a low temperature in our Excalibur Dehydrator. His craft isn't limited to beef either. Depending on the availability and Deano's mood, he could be using venison, various fishes, or even buffalo.
